Busy Busy Busy like a BEE~
I rather hope I am the queen bee now, enjoying in my honeycomb but no lei, I am just a worker bee like the rest of the workforce. Working and slogging.
Wanted to blog for so many days but sibei bo eng. Just thought of an interesting encounter I had with a comfort taxi driver:
The other night after a tired day with a slightly sprained ankle, my bf insisted I told the cab home from his place.
I met the nicest taxi driver. I was asking him to send me home via the Barley/Braddell route rather then the usual PIE/CTE that I take. He told me that it would be much cheaper. In fact he challenged me saying that it will be at least 10% cheaper then the fare I quoted him. True enuff as he predicted, he helped me saved on abt 10% of my taxi fare. On top of that, he was nice enough to print out my receipt asking me to compare it the next time I take the PIE/CTE route.
Such a nice taxi driver~ well, its nice and heart-warming to find someone real in the midst of the business world.
Praise the Lord~ thank you for letting me see the other side of life once again.
